Application Description

Magnetic drawer separations also name housed grid magnetic separation, drawer magnet, magnetic
drawer which consist of a stainless steel casing and inside grid magnet .Nomally the magnetic drawer
separations are installed throughout the facility line which are applied for removing ferrous contaminations
from power or granular materilas .Small irons will be attracted by the inside grid magnets which are
secured by locking clamps and silicon gasket.

Cleaning Procedure

1.Stop product flow
2.Release the locking clamps
3.Pull whole set of grid magnet system out from the housing.
then release the locking nut&bolt,. Ferrous contamination
will fall off automatically once inside magnets are pulled out from the sleeve
4.Place the grid magnet system back into the housing
5.Re-lock the lokcing nuts
6.Begin product flow
