History

1990 The Owner of head company  worked  in Konit  – the first  factory of  NdFeB magnets in China;
1999 The Owner founded his trade company and started business on magnets-the forerunner of head company;
2001 The Owner held share of NdFeB magnets factory;
2003  Magnetic system factory was founded , starting to make magnetic assembly and magnetic system such as Pot Magnets, Magnetic Filter Bar ,Magnetic Trip;
2007 ISO9001 quality system was adopted.All products meet ROHS requirement;
2008  ISO14001 was cetified,Environment protection and continuous development were the key responsibilities to be complied with;
2011 Second part of building  for magnetic system was finished.The area of production and offic was up to 7000M2 whis was ready for the new production capacity.
2013 SAP ERP system was introduced and adopted.Mag Spring was established to serve customer well from permanent magnets to magnetic systems.
2015 Head company was listed in the public stock market.
2018 New big facility with an area 20000m2  is under construction.
2019 Moved to new big facility.
