If products are in stock, we can ship them the next day
if products are not in stock, 30days for standard bar magnets/grate magnets
40days for drawer magnets/rotary magnets/liquid magnetic traps, 50days for
bullet magnets/plate magnets/hump magnets/pulley magnets, 60-70days for
automatic self-cleaning magnetic separations

your detailed air forwarder information. so that we can arrange to do the shipment
ASAP.

Yes, it's ok. We will contacted with the local carrier after your freight account NO.

7)Can I arrange to do the shipment from our side?
Yes,it's ok.please provide the correct shipping information to your carrier after you
got the packing list from us. Our local agent will pick up your goods once they
received shipment advice from your carrier.

3. Packing for shipment
1) What is Magspring's standard packing?
For air shipment, we have to put steel slices to make the shielding acc to
air transport regulations.Small items are packed by standard carton and
big&heavy goods are packed by strong wood case
For sea shipment, bulk order will be packed by strong wood case or pallet
2)Can we ask for sepecial packing?
Yes. E-mail your detailed requirements to us.A feedback will be sent to you after
1-2 woking days after our review .Additional cost for special packing is required

What is Magspring's standard warranty?
Magspring is responsible for the damage or failed operation which is caused by
un-proper design or un-proper packing
Magspring is not responsible for any damage or failed operation which is caused by
man-made mistake like long-time over-heat operation and rough operation that
against instruction & warning stated in the owner's manual
Magspring can offer free spare parts like gaskets,nuts,bolts within 1 year after you receive
the goods
